Stan Sheckman During his undergraduate years, Stan was a member of the popular Kingston Trio tribute group ‘The Chessmen’ which performed at many colleges and Philadelphia venues. During the 1980’s, Stan performed with Steve in ‘Bushwacker’, a popular country rock quartet. Stan has played in several South Jersey groups, including Route 66,The Marltones and the Jersey Boomers. He has performed with members of The Kingston Trio and opened for the Kingston Trio at the Sellersville Theater.
Jimmie Scanlin Jimmie has been playing Banjo and tenor guitar since his college days, and has entertained from Philadelphia to San Francisco to Ireland. Jimmie has been a member of several Irish Ballade Bands, including Celtic Heritage, Sligo Road and Scanlin & O'Leary, who together recorded three albums. In 2016 Jimmie wrote the song "Fighting for Ireland" and has opened for such talented performers as Tommy Makem, The Wolftones and The Fury Brothers and has performed with members of The Kingston Trio.
Steve Galanter Steve’s musical journey began in the 1970’s with the popular folk-rock duo, 'Sweet and Low', performing throughout the Philadelphia area. He subsequently recruited Stan to join him in Bushwacker, which enjoyed success during the 1980’s playing country rock throughout the Delaware Valley. Steve has continued to record and perform in several musical genres, from a 7-piece R&B band (Lowdown) to jazz-pop ensembles (The Kelli Vale Trio, Tryst, The 360 Trio and Flyin' Eyes). In 2016 he and Stan returned to perform together in The Jersey Boomers, playing throughout New Jersey and opening for the Kingston Trio at the Sellersville Theater.
